Return Categories

1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your fixture arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened for inspection. Please provide photos of the damage.

2. Change of Mind Returns: If you simply change your mind, the product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and parts. For lighting fixtures, you may open the package to inspect the product for damage or defects. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, even if the packaging has been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Provide your order number and reason for return
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

Standard Products vs Custom Products

Standard Products: Most items on our website are standard products eligible for return within 30 days under the conditions stated above.

Custom/Bespoke Products: Items marked as "Custom" or "Bespoke" on the product page are made-to-order and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged. Custom products include:

  • Items with custom sizes, finishes, or materials
  • Designs created through our Bespoke Design service
  • Products marked with "Custom Order" badge
  • Shipping costs
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
